Our 2022-2023 Season is going to be busy

Chamber Orchestra Ogden’s 2022-2023 season is taking shape. Our first concert is September 17, at Peery’s Egyptian Theater in Ogden. The concert begins at 7:30, and tickets are available at https://www.ogdenpet.com/tickets


For this concert our conductor has chosen the following repertoire.

· Libby Larsen Overture to the End of a Century

· Alexander Borodin In the Steppes of Central Asia

· Samuel Coleridge-Taylor Ballade in a, Opus 33

· Alfonso Tenreiro Piano Concerto No. 1 with Nicholas Maughan, piano


Dates for the remainder of the season are:

· October 15 Gala Concert at WSU with opera tenor Ta’u Pupu’a.

· December 14 concert at WSU with The Swingles, presented by Onstage Ogden.

· January 28, featuring orchestra musicians Austin Packer, cello, and Kyle Larson, trombone, at Peery’s Egyptian Theater.

· February 23-26 “A Secret Garden” with Ogden Musical Theatre at Peery’s Egyptian Theater.

· March 25 all-orchestral concert featuring Copland’s A Lincoln Portrait with Alicia Washington narrating, at Peery’s Egyptian Theater.

· March 31 the annual Bach Fest at the Ogden Tabernacle, with the WSU Chamber Choir conducted by Mark Henderson.

· Ballets with Imagine Ballet Theatre, dates TBA.

· The annual Untamed POPS! concert at the Ogden Amphitheater.
