LOVENIA STAM

Lovenia Stam began playing the violin at eight years of age.  At 13 years old she was asked to try the viola.  She loved it and never looked back. She had the wonderful opportunity to play in several schools and community groups.  These included Mormon Youth Symphony, New American Symphony, and now Chamber Orchestra Ogden.
Her favorite place to play in a group was at Carnegie Hall when she was a senior in high school.
She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Lovenia also received a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Delaware.
She chose medicine as her profession and has enjoyed the opportunities that a trauma nurse practitioner has afforded her.
In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, skiing, hiking, cycling, cross-stitching, chauffeuring her three kids places, and as of late learning construction on her house remodel.
