ELLEN KIMBER

Ellen is an avid lover of music. She teaches viola students privately in the Davis County area. She loves to support and help aspiring musicians on their chosen musical path. Ellen received her BA in Music from Weber State University. During her time there, she had the opportunity to study with Dr. Michael Palumbo and Dr. Francisco de Galvez. She has been a member of Chamber Orchestra Ogden since her graduation. 

After graduating, she went back to school to become an RN. She is a pediatric nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital working with children of all ages. The experiences she has had there have been challenging but incredibly rewarding. 

Ellen and her husband Sterling have a daughter together whom they adore. Hiking with her family is one of her favorite activities. She enjoys eating new foods, practicing yoga, reading, going to concerts, and learning new hobbies. She is honored by the opportunity to perform with such a talented and kind group of musicians.
